CEO and Deputy Principal
Thomas McBrearty is an experienced educator with a diverse background in both local and international schools. He began his teaching career in primary schools and later transitioned to international education, holding roles such as Head of English, Head of Key Stage 2, Deputy Principal, and Founding Principal.
Passionate about English language studies and computer science, Thomas uses a student-centred approach to inspire a love of learning and encourages early engagement with technology. His leadership is driven by a commitment to creating empowering, inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive. As Deputy Principal at Bridge The Gap Education, Thomas brings a wealth of experience and a dedication to student success.

Claire Bell is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience founding and leading successful international schools. She has led a large British International School in Iraq, founded Tenby International School in Malaysia, The Perse School Singapore, and the Invictus International Programme in Thailand.
Claire is known for her ability to create inclusive, nurturing school environments where students thrive academically and personally. Her leadership is driven by a deep passion for high-quality education, global perspectives, and empowering students to reach their full potential.
